Introduction

Permitted Use

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or use of automated tools.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated by or for a minor.
• Self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the user via an available payment method following completion of applicable verification and review procedures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FZ777 holds its operating licence, as applicable.
